CRM for home inspection business

Hello, i had a question maybe someone can help. Does anyone here have a CRM for their business?

Jacob, have you tried the search function?

in google yes, here i didnt know i could search that kind of question, do you have a CRM?

As an agent ive used KVcore, but id like to know if anyone is using a CRM specific for Home inspection.

Not sure of the question asked? I was under the impression you were asking about a Continual Radon Monitor which is commonly referred to as a CRM. :man_shrugging:

As an Agent… where did YOUR clients find their Inspectors?

I would find for them

Then as an Inspector… why do YOU even bother having a Website?

the real question is why are you navigating on my site lol. And what does this have anything to do with a CRM?

Just in case. A CRM is a software used to house your leads, nurture your leads, past and present. I just discovered one that might be helpful for anyone that lead generates for their inspection business. Can you be a referral based inspector yes, but you could also out bound lead generator. I was just curious if someone as in another inspector has found a great user friendly CRM.

Guilty conscience?

Absolutely everything!

No i just see you on there lol. Ok thank you for your input.

That just says more about you than me!

We use ISN as a CRM. It works well for us as a CRM but it also is our back office program. It stores reports/photos, sends and handles all things related to an inspection including agreements, online order system and handles our online payments. It cost around $6 per inspection for all of that.
