I’ve completed the Manufactured home inspection course. I noticed a few places where information for manufactured home is different than conventional home. For example, 1.5 sqft vs. 3 sqft for operational window in bathroom or a mechanical vent. Another is egress windows no more than 36” vs. 44” above the floor. Is this outdated information or just different for manufactured homes?
