Custom house types

I have the unique opportunity to inspect a home that was originally a large outbuilding that was finished off on the inside and converted into a single family, 900 sq/ft home.
Shape wise, it strongly resembles a single wide trailer house even though it is not. It has a slab foundation with a radiant heating system in the floor.
My question for other inspectors is, how would you describe the style of this home in your report? It really doesn’t match any modern housing types that I am aware of.

I don’t describe the architectural style of the home but I do identify roof style, foundation type, number of stories, etc. If it was an out building converted to living space, say that. Keep it simple.
