Custom house

This is what I found at a “custom house” today. In this case, “custom” meant that a weekend warrior built the house. There were lots of “custom” aspects to this house, none of them proper, but this was the best. Clearance was about four inches. Not only that, but with the iron guardrails and the rain that we had today, I didn’t go anywhere near the panel. Who knows what else this yo-yo did or didn’t do. Everyone got a kick out of it when I showed it to them. Owner was not there, of course.

This just goes to show that custom is not better than tract homes. I find more problems in custom homes than I do anything else.
