Customer Service

In order for me to be a successful Home Inspector I now realize that a large portion of my success is related to Customer Service. This also includes how I answer my phone, how I have my voicemail set up to attract business but also sound welcoming. I will make sure that I greet every customer with the upmost respect they deserve. After some reading I see that I also need to be honest, if the customer ask me a question that I do not have a answer for, I need to tell them but also let them know I will do my research and get back to them as soon as possible. No matter how busy we become we must respect the client and agent. This will help keep referrals coming my way, and better the business I am working for.
