I was wondering how many inspections you guys get on a daily or weekly average? Being from the plumbing industry I am wondering how lucrative this industry is.

I personally think one to two inspections a day is good idea. Unless of course you feel you can do a good inspection in two hours. In which case you may be doing inspections for realtors who tend to like the inspection process quick and simple.
It's probably a good idea to come into this profession with the realization that you probably will not get rich from being an HI. I was drawn to this area because I love this type of work and the idea of being my own boss.
As with any business, it depends on how much effort you put in. If you market well and get your name out there, you will get more calls. If you do a good job, you will get more referrals. Do the opposite of these things and, well... Ramon noodles will be a major part of your diet.

Getting rich is not what I had expected, but two calls a day is reasonable. What do you consider the average HI? Would it be $150 or more like $250? Just for information I am getting into this because I am a little tired of the stressfulness of dealing with 30 to 55 calls a day and 10 technicians. Don’t get me worng I like to work but sometimes it feels like I am babysitting more than managing.

Your price range will depend on what others are charging around you. Starting out you wouldn’t want to be the highest priced in town. More importantly you don’t want to be the cheapest guy in town. Do some research in your area to see what other inspectors are charging. In fact give them a call and ask. But don’t call and pretend to be a potential client just to find out their fee, this is very annoying. A lot of HI’s post fees on their website.
Two calls a day is certainly not unreasonable. To start it will probably be a little slow as you will be relatively unknown. I hear they have some good marketing ideas in the forum under the members only section. I have also heard that 50 inspection the first year is a reasonable number to expect. Being a plumber, it may be wise to do both until your HI business is consistent.

Actually it’s the same as LLC. When you form an LLC, as you know, you have to advertise it as such. You can either us LLC or LC. There may be other variations you can use, not sure. I have been asked that question a few times by other inspector but never a client.
