Damaged ridge sagging 12+ inches

This happened when flippers loaded 2 skids of shingles on an old house along the ridge prior to installing them.

Fine repair job there. Is it safe to assume that the rest of the work was of similar attention to detail?

Looks like 2x4 rafters spaced 24" apart. No collar ties. That could very well be the reason. :shock:

Yes, the same guys did the foundation repair I think. I told the potential buyer that the foundation needed replacement too. The house settled about 6 inches in the middle and the flippers shimmed the floor level inside with new laminate,
