Builders fix is a cricket. Saw that one coming. I don’t think a criket will work so well getting smacked by the wash of the valley.

Can you imagine how the uphill valley of the cricket is going to flow and where?...plus it'll have to make a 90 degree (or more) turn into the main valley. 

I like Patrick's turned chimney as a correction better. But hey, how about rebuild it per plan?

Cool stuff everyone. Larry, that’s where I’m going with it. I’m not in the business of dictating fixes but I recommended to the client that the chimney should be rebuilt to clear the valley.

This is exactly why I do not include pics on my reports.

Every time I would take a picture of a defect, I would find myself fixing it with my trick photography skills.

I'm real good at trick photography and messing with any picture, so if you'll need fixer uppers on your photos, email me.
