Deck attached to a dock floating?
No deck that I can see.

Wooden steps, missing handrails and lighting, secured to a floating dock with rollers and no guardrail, typical in a country or rural setting, atop a swimming platform/mooring platform.
The swimming/mooring platform is secured in place from drifting with a cedar pier/pole.

If you are out of your depth of field, do not offer any comments.

Looks like require a license & easy agreement is need it.
More as a Pier or Dock but the regulation are locally based on the restriction and Regulations to the Lake on HOA.
there is not an Internachi Standard for this on my knowledge.
But there is so many interesting facts related.
