Dedicated legal help for InterNACHI members

Today was Mark’s first day in. It looks like he answered 15-20 questions in the members-only legal section. He’s also working on a bunch of other stuff over here, including some education.

He hit the ground running. He added a lot of clarity to many of the threads that he posted on today. He is yet another great benefit to being an interNATCHI member.

You guys are absolutely amazing. This is going to be just another reason that any inspector worth his salt should be a member of NACHI!

Mark is also a sitting Judge. He’s in court this coming Tuesday so look for him here on Wednesday again.

Just signed up with the Buy Back Guarantee and reviewed the Indemnification letter. As I have lost another business before, (not in this trade), due to indemnification, will this letter protect me in California courts?

Only an attorney that’s licensed to practice law in California will have that answer.

Nope.
