I am currently doing inspections is PA. I had a request for a Delaware inspection. Is there any difference in the inspection laws between PA and DE. Do I need any additional certifications in DE?

I did some quick checking for you and as far as I can see there is no current or pending legislation covering Home Inspectors in Delaware. I would check though about secondary testing such as radon/septic/wdi or whatever that may be seperately regulated.
