Texas has a new rule that says YOU MUST use a TREC discloser and have it signed by the client if you receive or give any funds to a third party.

If inspectors are receiving or giving money for leads or jobs they must disclose that to the client, and the client must sign the form acknowledging that they understand that.

The exact ruling can be found on the on the by visiting the Texas Real Estate web site.
