I just passed the SIM and training to become a home energy score assessor, but now what?
Wondering if any of you out there provide the service?
I’m in Colorado Mountains and no one else around offers it. However, I’m finding that a couple of years ago, it was a hot topic but not sure it is now.
Anyone out there have any current insight on this??? I have found that there are a few loan incentives through Fannie Mae and FHA.
