im in the process of completing the pre drywall inspection course, and realised that my inspection contract wouldnt be appropriate for a pre drywall inspection.
I use a Nachi standardized agreement for my home inspections. I was unable to find a similar agreement for pre drywall inspections.
Do you know if Nachi has such a contract?
If not, do you know where I would get one?
Morning, Ivan.
Hope to find you well and in good spirits today.
I have never done a standalone (Pre-drywall inspection) without being retained to provide a 3 Phase new construction inspection.
Here is what InterNACHI has to say about Pre-Drywall Inspections.
“Pre-drywall” “refers to a phase” during the homebuilding process just after the installation of certain elements – such as the doors, windows, foundation, flooring, wall and roof components, plumbing and electrical rough-in – and right before the drywall is hung.
When I think of pre-drywall I think of 3-Phase inspections. I do not know if this is what you are referring to but if it is, here’s InterNACHI’s New Construction Phase Inspection Agreement
Good luck.
Robert
