Believe me, I wasn?t worried, I was totally amazed to see such dangerous conditions. Thank god I live in a code compliant country.


These pics will explain it all. There are no code compliances in this particular beach house or any others for that matter. Just build it; safety is not a concern here. A friend of my wife?s let us use her ocean front home for a weekend, at no cost. So I decided to get a few quick pics.

At this point I would o lived on the beach under the stars for a week of warm weather…It was -2F here this morning and snow on the way tonight
