Door from garage to three season room not fire rated

The man door from the garage to a three season room attached to the hose is not a fire rated door. Does it need to be fire rated since it is not directly into the hose living space?

Is there a common attic? Is the room attached to the house other than through the garage? The garage walls themselves don’t appear to be fire rated but I can’t tell if they are common with the house.

House built 1956. The garage wall to the house has Sheetrock. The three season room is T1-11 and a slider into the house. The soffit of the house is open into the three season room. See lattice.

I would document it as a deficiency.

That is what I did. Thank you for your feedback.
