Thanks Ben. I've added the video to my website. You guys have given me so many free copies of the book that I need to give them to everyone so I can get my car in the garage :)
I made a graphic for it. Check it out here scroll down the page.

Frank, on your site, I think you need something that indicates it is a live link to be clicked on. Maybe overlay a play button triangle on top of it?

The cursor should turn to a finger when you mouse over it. But that's a good idea. I can add something to the graphic.

So from a website useability standpoint, the change in cursor is meant to confirm that something is a live link that can be clicked on. Its purpose is to confirm an existing indication.

Okay, I changed the graphic. You were right. I think this is more "user-friendly". Check it out

Can I pick on it some more? I wouldn't use that arrow, I'd use the universal video play button: https://www.google.com/search?q=play+button&biw=1440&bih=689&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=u9dcVfH_GoiSyQSr2oKoCg&sqi=2&ved=0CCwQ7Ak
