I’m far from a grammar pro but you might look at your usage of “on-site” and “off-site” in the top description. I think in that context you would not hyphenate them or maybe even write it as one word? The attached screenshot explains it but I’m too tired, too many drinks into my night or not smart enough to draw a definite conclusion. Zak, how about adding a 6 mil poly vapor barrier beneath the concrete floor slab? This is code required to help prevent moisture intrusion and can help with radon mitigation. other than that, it looks great to me.
