Just trying to get a feel for everyone doing this type of work… draw inspections in particular… I just requested an increase from Trinity who has been great in feeding us steady work… and weekly checks.
Currently $50 per draw with trinity, asked to increase to 65

DDN signed up but no worky
Granite $75 but little work from them
other companies (non draw)
NVMS (varies) 25-40 for a couple photos and a questionaire
Pacific Field Services (commercial) $125 for walk through and photos about an hours work
ADM drive by photos $20 (local) occupancy verifications and potential preservation work... trial basis - we will see... (bulk 15-25 once per month)
Collateral specialists - Commercial inventory floor plans... real easy 35-100 depending on travel... 15-20 minutes on site, some more depending on quantity but would pay more....

Been sending my tax paperwork from DDN and keep getting notice that they are awaiting it. I expect they are awaiting before they give assignments but they never seem to acknowledge the paperwork receipt. Oh well!
I know of Trinity, DDN and Granite but have not heard of the others. Do you have WEB sites for them?
