I bought one of these hard cases and the quality is good and durable. Really protects my drone. Price seems a little steep, but after receiving it and using it I’m over the price. I was using a Rubbermaid for my Quad. This is 1000% better.
I guess you don’t use prop guards on your drone.
I use to use them, but stopped because of storing the unit was a challenge when they were installed.
I have that case for my Phantom 2, is very rugged.
For my Phantom 3, I got this case:
It’s just as rugged and a little bit more compact but thicker, so it doesn’t push down on the motors the way the Phantom 2 case does.
I made my own out of a Pelican case using foam.
