“Kroger grocery store plastic bags & cloth duct tape are not generally consider an acceptable means of repairing duct work.”
Nice Picture Thanks…
I expect this could be a make work idea repair it again when it dries out .
. Thanks… Roy
Why not?? It looks just fine to me…except it could use a little more duck tape.
…and maybe some baling wire…I’ve always like that stuff.
I have heard duct tape is acceptable east of the Mississippi:shock:
Kroger bags “not allowed”!
Wal-Mart OK though!

HEY HEY, We prefer Electrical tape over here
Kroger makes a good vapor barrier into their bags!
You can easily do minor duct repairs yourself, although it is always best that seal and insulate ducts be done by a professional. You should check your ducts for any kind of air leaks. A well sealed vapor barrier should be present on the outside of the insulation of cooling ducts to stop moisture condensation. Getting the ac repair done by a professional is always helpful.
