What is the status of the PA HI Online compliance statement? It is suppose to be for any inspector from any organization. What a great idea but needs to be implemented. Ideas and promises are only that until they are put into action. We still have inspectors in states that have no E&O in states that require it. The promise to send out letters did not happen and now there are no updates on the same promise via online.
How can we have inspectors listed in PA as being NACHI certified when they don't have E&O insurance? This issue is long overdue and detrimental to the professional image of the organization.
Passing an online - unproctored exam and sending in $289. is not good enough to be listed on the inspector search functions that we own. There has been talk, more talk, debate and promises but nothing has happened.
Let's see some action and results from these promises.
