Erby? I did a search for stalactiform fungus (fungi) and couldn?t find anything even close to that. That hanging stuff looks more like the result of muddy, or mineral laden water dripping down the beams over time, but then you would expect the concrete blocks to be stained as well.
Which leaves us with an alien life form. Yeah, that must be it!
