Does anyone perform Energy Loss Inspections?


What can you tell me about them?

Is it only for new construction?

What training is involved?

If new const. is built to code including proper windows etc. then that type of inspection would be only to find missing insulation and would require an IR temperature sensing camera.


Older homes could benefit but they are usually obviously in need of improvements such as new windows, caulking, and attic insulation / ventilation.
