I wanted to let folks know that we are happy to answer questions about our Neighborhood Environmental Report service, our certification program and the environmental due diligence or disclosure industry generally and that Nick has arranged it so that we can on this board. We will monitor this thread to do so. Also, in the coming weeks, we will offer some success stories and or disturbing stories we have encountered in the marketplace that highlight the value of proper environmental due diligence.
