Yes, Chris. There is a new CoE (revised version replacing Code of Conduct) which we will ask you to publish, and a newly formed Ethics Committee. The charter of the ethics committee is to receive, investigate, and resolve complaints involving ethical issues. I am currently Chairperson, and members are Bob Patterson, Bob Wills, and Erby Crofutt. We have one seat open.


Ethical issues always come up, and sometimes guidance is needed. We also need to be able to read the pulse of the membership. NACHI is evolving. We view this document as a foundational element, and a living document. We need a permanent forum for this important topic.
