The floor beneath this water heater was concrete. They piped the TPR up and out of the basement. The supply line leaked. Note also the flue pipe angle. I never did find the termination point for it. :shock:

Was that the only drip leg (up high?)
Copper tubing very common here. I don’t worry about drip legs because the utilities don’t worry about them on residential construction.
