I took that test about 12 years ago and remember that most of the HVAC questions were about swamp coolers & steam boilers, the test had very little to do with professional home inspecting here in Florida.
In my professional opinion passing this exam should not be the criteria used to license home inspectors in Florida. Nick please continue the good work in keeping Florida at the top of home inspector education for both new and experienced inspectors.
