How old is this manufactured home? by the looks of it, it has to be at least 50 years old, the wires are not damaged as of yet, at least what I can see looking at the pic.

Not really different - my main point was that if the HI felt it was an issue, or not safe, THAT is enough of an explanation, he doesn’t need to cite code in a report to his client.
