I am unable to determine the outside material of the images attached. From what I gathered it appeared to be cement with stucco? The images show the bottom of the exterior wall connecting to the sidewalk. The gutters are not working properly and there are signs of water damage. Thanks
Spalling of the hard coat stucco…easily patched. The white piece is pvc corner bead. Your pics are upside down.
