You need to master Residential Inspections before even attempting Commercial Inspecting.
Also, you need help with your English! Your Inspection Report is what your Clients will be paying you for. It needs to be precise and CORRECT! Personally, I don’t care if this is “just a MB”… you should always be practicing your wordsmithing!
