I would just note it as chipped porcelain inside toilet. Recommend replacing soon.

A toilet can be purchased and installed for under a hundred dollars.

recommend lowering fiber intake, and use of pully and rope to lower load into unit as to avoid further damage until replacement. icon_cool.gif

Merely cosmetic?

Saw a house the other day. Previous owner actially PAINTED the basin and bathtub with enamel paint.

After the sale, the stuff started flaking away. BOY, was my client p$ssed!

What, we have for do a scratch test on every fixture now?

Toilets can range upwards of $1000 each.

Damaged finishes and Hard water staining should be noted as the condition may not be repairable.

Maybe this is the culprit of worn glazing…

Better than a " scratch and sniff" test! ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)
