Fake Google Reviews

I just received 3 fake google reviews from people that I have never don inspections for. They came in all at once. I reported them to google.

Anyone else have this happen and what did you do?

Not too familiar with Google Reviews, but cannot you reply to them? If so, just state;

" Based on my records, I have never performed any inspection or services for this person. I will be glad to, and I will discuss any concerns with legitimate clients that I have worked with either here or private. Please provide further information so I can comment here or email me. " …crickets…

They are pretty ugly reviews. You must have pissed someone off somewhere :thinking: I could be wrong, but I thought there was an option on your google business page on which reviews to display and hide. You might look into it…
