Rafael,

Pretty broad question. A lot depends on where the cracks are, the size, and even why they cracked in the first place. Though not specifically inspection related I'm sure that if you post a pic or two you'll get plenty of suggestions.

if it’s just a grain crack and not from any other issue, i’d recommend a good 50yr caulk and a new coat of paint. DAP makes one that is for exterior doors and windows that would certianly do the trick, and at about $5 to $7 a tube, well worth the investment.
