I was reading the Library article - Electrical Service Panels. I know that Federal Pacific Electric Panels needed further evaluation, but in the list it also says that Federal Pioneer Panels, Stab-Lok etc. may also be defective? Here in Calgary, usually it is either Siemens or Federal Pioneer panels that we see, even on the newer homes, so do we call them all out, or just the older ones?
If I found nothing wrong then I said nothing .
You can still buy them in Lowes .
You will also see some who say how bad stablok are again if nothing wrong say nothing . I am a retired electrician and had stablok in my last home have FP in this home .
