FEEDBACK for the Home Energy Inspection Tool & Report

I can’t charge for something I would do as part of a normal inspection, it’s not as detail orientated but we already recommend additional upgrades to windows, insulation, newer this or that… That’s just my opinion !

This is not availible to Canadians. Energy efficient homes is a large market in our cold climate. -23 C today (-10 F).

Luckie - You hit the nail on the head. My new marketing plan for 2013 is to give my potential customers a lot of services and do it for FREE.

Plus I plan on cutting my fee’s AND being at least $40-$50 than my competitors. I think that if I keep my fee’s lower than the other inspectors and I provide more FREE services than my competitors, I can dominate the market in KC.

Yeah Dan, you better listen to Nate. The Sky’s The Limit!

I think he was joking Nate

Good luck with that.

Once a LowBaller, always a LowBaller!

That is a message that pops up when there’s a temporary disconnect with the server. You can immediately refresh or log back into the tool, and that report data should still be there.

Remember, this reporting tool is connected to the energy calculator at the Dept of Energy’s Berkeley Laboratory. It crunches data as you enter. So, you need a reliable internet connection. But sometimes there are “hick ups.”

Remember, the Home Energy Report works very well with mobile devices, including iPhone and Droid. But you need a good signal, just like a phone call would require.

Juan - Good catch

Jeffrey - Absolutely true in my area

Nathan - Sorry … Was just clowning. I will come down in price at times / All they gotta do is tell me what they want me to leave out
