I’m new in the business. As such, I have a lot of questions. Recently, I have been asked about FHA and USDA inspections. Are there requirements that differ from any other home inspection?
most USDA and FHA inspections are loan requirements not near as involved as they should be, around here they are done by the appraiser !! if you can belive that, basically anything found as a fault has to be fixed before the loan will pass underwriters, if this is the case there, run away, otherwise stand by your SOP.
