It’s not rocket science. It’s common sense. And it’s something that was highlighted in a real estate course that I took 43 years ago. Real estate prices go up due to the increase in housing demand from people moving into a city or state from other cities or states or countries; (but they didn’t really mention the “other countries” part). And somehow that simple logic was drowned out by the young real estate agents who were trained to repeat the axiom that “Those people deserve to be here just as much as we do.”

But, by far the worst effects of illegal immigration are the brutal deaths of American citizens, along with the rapes of women of all ages.

LOL I bought 20 lbs of flour made in CA about a week before the tariff thing started. Last time we were at that store, there was none left. JR sent me some Lemon Balm I just used again this morning. Thanks again JR!
