I wonder why TREC dropped this database from their website??? How am I supposed to find other inspectors in my area???

Not the same. There are about 2700 active inspectors in TX, not all of them are members of this association, especially the old timers

Download the database at TREC, bring it into Excel and you can sort and search to your heart’s content. They make the database available usually once a month.
