First Inspection went well

Hey yall
First Inspection went great thanks to my education, ride alongs and all the help and encouragement here at NACHI.
The job wasnt an easy one for the first, but a great learning experience. The home was built in the 50s and an addition in the 70s. The electrical was never updated in the old part, two wire throughout. The newer part was three wire. The clients were very happy with my job and offered to pay me more!

Anyways after I was done I got in my truck and was heading down the road when a little boy was running and yelling for me to stop so I did. He was only four and was lost so I ended up bringing him back to the house so they could find where he belonged.

All in all it was a good day.

Excellent, way to go ! Glad to hear that things turned out perfect. Helping the little boy who was lost was probably the most important part of the day. It definitely was icing on the cake after performing your first successful home inspection. I'm sure it will be the first of many more to come.

Regards, Rusty

Kurt,

Congrats on your inspection! We are all glad to hear it went well.

In the condition the world seems to be in, it?s good to know that someone still has a sense of compassion left to help a lost boy. Nice job on both.
