Well, I talked to the client today, who is in Clevland OH, and he gave the go ahead. Then I spoke with the agent who in turn called the owners and set it up.


Yes it could be a 12 hr day, but being as I used to do 16-18 hr days as a milkman, I guess I can still hang.

FWIW, as of Oct 2003, There were 2666 Inspectors in the State of Texas. When I got Licensed, I was informed that there were 26 Professional Inspectors here on the Coastal Bend. Of which there are about 12 in my area of 100 miles.


The way that I figure it is that If I am requested to travel across the State, and the client is willing to pay my fee, then I will gladly do the Inspection.
