Firsts

I did an inspection on a 3400 sf home the other day that had two firsts in it.

  1. Had a urinal upstairs in the bathroom next to where the guys shop was.

  2. Had a keg cooler refrigerator built into the wall, not strange enough but attached to the other wall beside it was a beer tap with a drain and everything.

The home was being bought by a preacher, so I'm not sure if the keg & tap are going to stay or not. ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif) ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

Anybody got any other first time sightings.

Dave,

I can say this is a first but occasionally when I push on the chimney to see if it is well supported and the top part of it will literally push right over. I take a picture of it at around a 30 to 45 degree angle to show everyone that it is broke and needs fixed. People often ask me who is holding the chimney because I am the only one there on the inspection. Of course I have to tell them I was holding the chimney while I took the picture.
