Fl SOP Draft

LESS IS MORE. I believe we are regulated to death in everything. We are becomming a police state/country. This thing is Bull ****. Maybe the SOP should have a fine for a good fart:p unless you inspect your underwear afterward:roll:

I have a 10 unit apt bldg built in 1969 with a washer and dryer in a common area for the tenants. The enclosure is 3 concrete block walls with a solid concrete ceiling, original permited approved contruction. An electrical inpector has violated the bldg claiming the washer is not UL listed for usage in a damp location. The def of a damp location in the NEC is vague, a catch all. He wants doors in front of the units. Can not do - as it will impede egress from an apt., not to mention the cost of engineering at 146 mph wind loads.

So is this the type of crap you guys want down the road?
