flex copper and piggyback pressure tanks

Hey Americas finest…Ive not seen lots of stuff on this little closet arrangement. There are flex (like accordion style) copper supply pipes and the pressure tank is set on top of the water heater. I guess nothing appears to be getting damaged or blowing up. Anybody got any reason why any of this stuff isnt cool? Appreciate input, im in the middle of getting the report out and thought i better run this by the NACHIpros.

The picture is not clear on hand held but looks like the typical mobile home closet water heater set up. Look for leaks and hidden sub floor issues under the water heater. Where does the relief valve discharge.
