I thought there is a limit to the length of flexible gas lines to appliances.

Six feet for dryers and ranges appliance connectors, otherwise 3’, I believe.

Both of you are talking about appliance connectors. The OP still has not answered the question on whether he means CSST supply lines or appliance connectors when he asked about “flexible gas lines”. The proper terminology needs to be considered when asking questions or writing reports.

Almost all the new home construction I see is all CSST. 40-50-60 feet of the stuff isn’t uncommon.

Thanks for clarifying. I’m not aware of any limitations on the length of CSST. It is important that it be bonded.
