As per Rick Morrison from DBPR, the deadline of july 1 2010 for grandfather provisions was a typo and is being changed today. the real deadline is march 2011. Other changes also made.

The website is www.myfloridalicense.com . The site states that the 120 reports must be in paper format, they can’t accept digital yet, and that the client name and addresses can be redacted for privacy reasons.
