In the state of Florida, does the inspection agreement need to have the inspection company name, the inspectors name and license number?
Also if the inspectors name and license number needs to be on the inspection agreement should the inspectors signature be on the agreement too?
I’m not in Florida, but IMO, an Agreement without that information IS NOT a Legal Document!!
Absolutely! Again, an Agreement, aka. CONTRACT, is not an enforceable Legal Document without ALL of the information and ALL Signatures from BOTH Parties involved in the transaction.
