Just filled one out and realized at the bottom of each page it says “your company information here”.
I am assuming you are referring to the the 1802 form.
The form should be fixed, re-download and then go to the first page and fill it out with YOUR company information.
Yes, I filled in my company info in the area where “Honor Construction” was on the form that was originally posted, which worked in that field. I could not figure out how to change the script at the bottom of the page which reads “enter your company information here”.
Not much experience here with Adobe, thanks for all the help.
