How far in advance do you need to know if we are taking the test?

I believe you can sign up the day of exam, at exam site
Space is often limited so advance notification is best.
Does anyone have a copy of the registration form they can send me?
You must reserve your spot in advance. You can reserve your spot by emailing Zoe at flnachi@verizon.net or by calling her at 1-813-677-9287.
It helps Zoe and makes things go fast if you contact her and not just show up.
