Try driving one!

For some real fun, go to your Dodge dealership and test drive one. Take it on the highway and at about 45mph, kick it down and get ready!

The D weighs somewhere in the neighborhood of 4500 lbs. From 45-100 it is very quick. Very quick. The Ford lightning is a little faster and I still remember the look on a corvette owners face when the rev limiter kicked in at 106 mph. The tach was only at 3500 rpm. The only way he caught me was because the rev limiter kicked in.

I can't wait until Hypertech comes out with a programmer for the computer!

The HEMI Magnum is probably the quickest now. The 300 is getting the 6.1 HEMI next year. 425 hp and 500 ft lbs. of torque just like the old 426 HEMI.

The trucks will get it next and there are strong rumors of an '06 Charger.
